Our Sustainable Made-to-Order Model

At Our Phoenix Rise, we prioritize sustainability. We do not hold bulk inventory; instead, every item is printed, cut, and sewn specifically for you after your order is placed.

Your delivery timeline = Production Time + Shipping Time.

1. Production Time (Handling)

This is the time required to create your item before it is handed to a carrier.

  • Standard Apparel & Accessories: 3–7 Business Days

  • Party Decor & Holiday Items: 2–5 Business Days

  • Custom All-Over Prints: 5–10 Business Days

  • Custom Shaped Pillows: 5-7 Business Days

2. Shipping Costs & Transit (USA)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Orders over $159.00: FREE Standard Shipping

  • Orders under $159.00: $5.00 Flat Rate

  • Estimated Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days (after production)

3. Total Delivery Estimate

To manage expectations, please combine both windows.

Example: For a standard T-shirt, please allow 6 to 14 business days for your gear to arrive at your door.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Confirmation: You will receive an email immediately upon ordering.

  • Tracking: A second email with a tracking link will be sent as soon as your item leaves our facility.

  • Split Shipments: If you order multiple different items, they may arrive in separate packages as they are completed by our various specialized production partners.

5. Carrier Disclaimer

While we guarantee our production deadlines, shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carriers. Our Phoenix Rise is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier backlogs, or misrouted packages once they leave our partner facilities.

6. Lost or Stalled Packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 days, or if a package is marked "Delivered" but is missing:

  1. Check with neighbors and your local post office.

  2. Contact us at helpcenter@ourphoenixrise.com or text (518) 415-8496. We will assist in filing a claim or arranging a replacement if the carrier confirms the loss.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States.
