Refund & Return Policy

1) Made to Order

• Our products are printed after you place your order, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
• 24-hour window: Contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we can cancel your order or update the shipping address.

2) Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Wrong Item

• Report within: 30 days of delivery.
• What to send: Your order number and clear photos of the problem. Photos are required.
• Resolution: A free replacement or a full refund, at our discretion.
• Do I send it back? Usually not. If the damage is clearly visible in your photos, you keep the original item. If it isn't clear, we may ask you to send it back, and we'll give you the return address privately.

3) How to Start a Claim

1. Contact us: Email Support@ironphoenix.store with your order number and photos.
2. We review it: We'll confirm the next step, a replacement or a refund.
3. If a return is needed: We'll send you the return address privately. Do not ship anything back until we've approved it.

4) Refund Method & Timing

• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 3–10 business days to post it.

5) Shipping Area

• We ship within the United States only, and this policy applies to US orders only.

6) Exceptions & Misuse

• Packages sent back without our approval may be refused.
• We may decline claims for items that were used, altered, or don't match the original order.
• Suspected fraud or abuse may be reported and is not eligible for refunds.
